Chamber plans differ depending upon the county in which your business is located. Use the Chamber plan finder below to locate the plan that applies to you.

Most Chamber plans also are qualified Insure Oklahoma plans. Insure Oklahoma provides a subsidy for qualified employers and employees based on their income. Qualified employees pay up to 15 percent of their health insurance premium. In combination with Insure Oklahoma, the Chamber plans are ideal for small businesses that historically may not have provided coverage for employees.
