If you have a PPO health plan, you and any covered dependents will get member ID cards in your name only. If you have an HMO plan, any covered dependents will get an ID card with their name and yours.
If you applied for a 2020 health plan, you should get your Member Welcome Kit within 7-10 business days after your first payment is received.
